people: Who we are...

CSP of SD has 20 member Community Support Providers, and are certified by the South Dakota Department of Human Services to provide a full range of services and supports that meet the needs and desires of individuals with disabilities and their families. The majority of agencies are governed by local boards of directors and are required to meet established standards in order to be certified by the State of South Dakota.

Annually, over 3,000 staff members work nearly 6,000,000 hours to support almost 4,000 people with disabilities in a variety of community-based settings. Services and supports are provided in the most integrated settings within the community.

Provider agencies are focused on the highest quality services possible, supporting people to connect with, and become participating members of their communities, while also having personal control and choice in their life options.
