Residential Services
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES provide individualized supports and services in a variety of living environments within the community, which assist the individual in expanding his/her living skills and opportunities to fully participate in the community
Vocational Services
VOCATIONAL SERVICES provide individualized supports and services in a variety of work environments, both in the agency and within the community, which assist the individual in expanding his/her work opportunities and potential.
Support Services
SUPPORT SERVICES consist of additional supports such as transportation, food services, nursing, assessment and evaluation, and social and recreational services which are vital parts of agency programs.
Specialized Programs
SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS are available at some Community Support Providers to meet the needs of people with autism, traumatic brain injury or other unique conditions.
Family Support
FAMILY SUPPORT is a service provided by select regional Community Support Providers to help families to support their children at home for as long as possible.
Retirement Services
RETIREMENT SERVICES consist of more specialized services and supports designed for retirement-age individuals, enabling them to live full, active lives within their communities.
Shared Living
SHARED LIVING is a service model where services are delivered in the person’s private home, a family member’s home, or a host home. This model provides additional service options and is available at multiple CSPs.
