Residential Services
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES provide individualized supports and services in a variety of living environments within the community, which assist the individual in expanding living skills and opportunities to fully participate in the community.
Supported Employment
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT provides individualized supports and services in a variety of work environments with the goal of advancing their desired occupation, career exploration, with pay at or above minimum wage.
Assistive Technology
ASSITIVE TECHNOLOGY consists of devices including items such as iPads, Wayfinder, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and other SMART home technology. These devices offer more independence as the devices can be programmed to remind the person to take medication, provide step-by-step instructions for completing activities of daily living, and make the home environment more accessible.
Day Services
DAY SERVICES include supports that help people to have meaningful life experiences. These services include leisure and recreational activities to help people get, keep, or build on their living skills.
Family Support
FAMILY SUPPORT is a service provided by select regional Community Support Providers via support coordination to help families to support their children or adult children at home for as long as possible.
Support Services
SUPPORT SERVICES consist of additional supports such as transportation, food services, nursing, assessment and evaluation, and social and recreational services which are vital parts of agency programs.
Shared Living
SHARED LIVING is a service model where services are delivered in the person’s private home, a family member’s home, or a host home. This model provides additional service options and is available at multiple CSPs.
